erreur :DHCPDISCOVER from X.X.X.X via eth1: network x.x.x.x/32: no free leases

if you have this error
so try to remove the
/var/lib/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases
for openesuse

 /var/lib/dhcp/db/dhcpd.leases (this file contain the dhcp relases(ip données))

and restart your server

check your log againe
 if the problem occur again please check your interface config

and restart network service

/etc/init.d/network start   (stop)  for opensuse
