uprgad from windows starter to windows pro (7..)

when you buy a smal laptop 10 pouce or other you ill find a windows starter edition so to upgrad to a full windows edition you need to follow these steps

first you need the Anytime Upgrade program
Step 1. Enter “Anytime Upgrade” in the Start menu search,and select Windows Anytime Upgrade.
